1）内存
对于Horizon view RDSH主机轻量应用推荐为每个用户分配512M内存，对于使用office与skype for business用户，建议最少为每个用户分配1G内存
针对 2012 R2或更新的操作系统建议设置8颗vcpu，推荐内存设置在24-48G
针对 2018 R2或更老的操作系统建议设置4颗vcpu，推荐内存设置在24-48G
2）硬盘
虚拟硬盘格式选择为 thin
3）网卡 于光驱
网卡格式选择为  VMNET3
光驱在虚拟机操作系统安装完成后选择断开
禁用网卡热插拔 (必需在虚拟机关闭的情况下进行）
选择edit Settings-> VM Options->Edit configuration-> add Row
添加如下参数
devices.hotplug              false
4）Vmtools
在添加删除程序中隐藏 VMtools
启动VM
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\NetworkProvider\Order
查看ProviderOrder的值，删除vmhgfs字段（如果此字段存在），但需要保留其此键值中的其他内容。
5） IE Enhanced Security Configuration
关闭 IE Enhanced Security Configuration
在server Manager中选择Local server。点击 IE Enhanced Security Configuration后的On， 将所用的On改为off
6）UAC与SmartScreen
在cmd中执行start control,选择小图标，点击Security and Maintenance，
点击Change User Account Control settings,将滑块拉到最下方，关闭UAC
点击Change Windows SmartScreen settings，选择Warn before running an unrecognized app,启用SmartScreen
7）Windows update
选择自动安装更新，启用recommended settings，启用 Give me updates for other Microsoft products when i update Windows
8）安装所有补丁
9）下载vmware-os-optimization-tool，运行选择针对RDSH主机的优化，进行深层次优化

配置RDSH服务
1） 点击Manager选择 Add Roles and features
2）选择Role-based or feature-based installation
3）选择Remote Desktop services (windows2016 无此选项此步骤跳过）
4） 展开 Remote Server Administration Tools > Role Administration Tools
展开 Remote Desktop Services Tools
选择Remote Desktop Licensing Diagnoser Tool.
5）选择Remote Desktop Session Host
6）下一步，安装并重启
7）添加RDP许可服务器
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Licensing.
启用Use the specified Remote Desktop license servers，在license server to use:中填入服务器或ip
8）将C盘，User 创建文件夹与文件的权限删除
C:\bootmgr 报警选择继续 （此方法用于漫游帐号，避免在本地创建文件以占用大量空间）
